More info needed, Jacqcollins.
How often have you been watering them, and what has the weather been like? Also, have you tried to feed them, and, if so, with what, and how much? When you planted them, did you plant them any deeper than they were in the original pot? Did you use a soil conditioner, and, if so, what kind, and how much?
There are lots of possible causes, so I was hoping to narrow the field.

Hi
I have not watered them as it is raining here frequently (every 2nd day) and l have feed them with Nitrogren food
When l planted them, l dug the hole as deep as the pot and twice as wide as the pot, but only watered them no fertiliser. I did use soil from a nursery that had cow manure in it :-) thought that l was doing them good.

Well, frost might be a problem, but only if the temps got below -4ยบ C--not to common in your area, I understand.
Too much fertilizer might have been a problem, between the nitrogen feed and the manure, depending on how much of each you used. I would have used the former according to the package directions for "new shrubs", and the latter as no more than 1/6 of the total mix. I realize that that may have been hard to tell since it was pre-mixed--if it smelled very strongly of manure, I would have used only 1/3 of the conditioner, to 2/3 of native soil.
Right now, if it is frost damage, all that you can do is cover the plants with fleece, to prevent any more damage, and wait for new growth to come out in spring. A light feeding in spring, say in October, will speed up the recovery some.
If it is too much food, I would take the hose out and let it run for about 4 hours to leach out the excess nitrogen, and hope that the damage hasn't gone too far.
I hope that this helps, Jacq.
