No, it is one of the weedy ones that seem to be cropping up everywhere, including on GoY.

its a bit like caper spurge, which is doing really well this year. we have been asked about it lots in recent weeks.

Euphorbia lathyris, caper spurge. If you search in google images, there are many.

Do you think it could be bupleurum? There is a google image which looks the same. They are very similar to euphorbias.

Definitely not Caper Spurge, but I think that Marshmallow has it: Hare's Ear (Bupleurum rotundifolium) is a pretty good match.
