Good morning.I have a dwarf conifer in a small rockery at the top of my front garden. It has been there for at least 10 years with no problems. This year,i believe because of all the heavy cold and snow, the leaves have turned brown. Is there anything that i can do to rectify this?

No, afraid not - more likely the drought and hot weather back in April, or if you're in the south, throughout April and May, caused the browning. It will carry on growing if its still alive, but the brown areas will remain brown.
