Skimmia japonica 'Rubella' me thinks. it is an acid lover leaves are a bit light in colour so i would give it a does of acid lovers feed early spring, plant will really reaward you if you do.

I don't think it's 'Rubella', Angie. The flowers appearing look pale also the leaves are lighter green.
Let's just go with definitely Skimmia; poss. S. japonica or S.confusa until the flowers open. Agreed?
P.S. Bernard are some of the leaves yellowy? If so, it DOES need a feed of sequestrene!
