I have a Pachira.It is growing like crazy, unlike the first one I had.It needs shaping, pruning...how do i do that?

The tree is about 2 years old now and is bushy and ceiling height.
I need to 'contain' it a bit!

I would think that you could take off some of the top branches but leave it looking shapely. As it grows quite fast you could do this in spring when it's ready to put on more growth.
