Hi I am looking for some advice on Heritage Cucumbers this is my first year of growing them and they seem to be doing quite well both in the green house and outside under a gazebo. I have been removing side shoots and male flowers and training them up canes and plan to pinch out the growing tip at about 1 mtr and train 2 side shoots along wires or canes. But I am getting a lot of little cucumbers growing up the main stem should I be removing them ? and has anybody got any tips that would be usefull.

Thats the idea - you will get lots of little cucumbers which will grow into lots of big cucumbers. Keep them well watered. I haven't pinched out any runners and just let the plant do what it will. Good luck with them.
