Myn Jersey Royal potatoes were planted around the 8th April and dug up around the 10th June. The potatoes looked lovely but were disintergrating in the pan and hard in the middle. What could be wrong ?

Agree with Dr Bob only solution is to seam ather than boil them. With early (new) potatoes it is better to lift them as needed.

This is probably due to erratic watering, the tubers have formed two types of flesh.
