Cut the flowered stems down, keep well watered - can be transferred to the garden, but they like humus rich soil that doesn't constantly dry out, so add some garden compost or similar to the ground.

Plant at the same level it is in the pot, flower stems taken down to the base. If you're planting now, keep it well watered during dry spells until autumn.
