could anybody I.D these flowers please.
they just appeared but i can not remember sowing them!
there are pink ones but also some which are very dark almost chocolaty red

yes i do now remember sowing them but at least 2 yrs ago and only now have they come up, strange
i cannt inmagine why i didnt recognize them, thanks Drc

I find seeds I sow outside do often take a couple of years.

Dark, chocolatey red is more likely to be the Annual Scabious (Scabiosa atropurpurea).

well that explains it Drc, and the S.atropurpurea turned up right next to the perennial scabious Tug, so i will take note and put it in reminders to check up on next year.
