We have a plumbago in the conservatory which does not flower. It sends out healthy looking shoots but eventually the last 2 inches at the tip of the shoot goes limp and dies off. What are we doing wrong?

Are they wilting between soakings? That is very efficient at killing off flower buds on plumbago.

Perhaps the plant might like to be outside. They are easy to grow in the garden. Or is it a tender form of plumbago?
