Lady Boothby is a fuchsia. It's sold as a "climbing fuchsia" but a better description would be a "leggy fuchsia" as it doesn't twine or have tendrils to support it. It is pretty hardy - mine came through, eventually, after last winter. Try giving it a bit of TLC and watch it improve.
