Hi Guys, just checked online and its neither of those. It is about 9 inc high and the flowers look a little like a lavender. When/if it ever stops raining I will nip out and take another photo.

Looks to me like a type of Self Heal, Prunella Vulgaris.

definately Prunella, a brithish native/wild flower but a white for is in cultivation.

It's a little out of focus, but it could be Salvia sclarea turkestanica.
