kiwi, igrew from seed 4years still have have not had any flowers ten in ground ten in pots. also igrew a grape vine outside of my greenhouse to the inside how do i go about pruning. help please charlie.

We have a kiwi plant at work and we treat it like a grape vine. It had around 8 kiwis on it this year but they never reach full size before the cold weatehr kills them off.
