At what size can i start harvesting my APACHE CHILLI'S I have both Green and Red.

They can be eaten green, but they will have a "grassy" taste, in addition to the heat.

Apache chillies don't get very big. Your red ones will be ripe and ready to harvest. The green ones will ripen to red and then they will be ready, too.
