Sideways identification is always more difficult and a closer shot of leaves and flowers would be good, but it looks like a particularly well grown specimen of fat hen, Chenopodium album. I'd get it out before it seeds everywhere - or if it's doing a good job re the blackfly, chop all the flowers / seed heads off.
