We cut our palm tree down to the soil (the winter killed it off) (not sure of the name). We now have several new plants growing around the base. How do we dig out some of these new growths for replanting?

You asked this question on 7th August, and were answered. I could just repeat my answer, but frankly, I don't see the point. It's been a week, but the facts contained in my previous answer have not changed.
