It looks as though it may have some sort of fungal disease. Try giving it a spray of fungicide, and feed it--I use blood, fish and bone and some chicken pellets on mine. Make sure it has plenty of water, and that its roots are in the shade. You can put a slate or some stones on the soil around the base of it to provide this. Good luck with it. Annie
