i have several pots with this plant for 2yrs now a few pots have not folwered i feed tomato feed some do very well should i spilt and re pot and if so what time of year

You could try splitting the Callas, the best time is early Spring when they start to shoot then you can see where to split them. Repot them and when they start to grow, give them a feed, you may have to wait until next year for flowers until they become established
