What is this shrub?

This shrub has numerous tiny, delicate, white flowers on arching branches in the spring. This specimen is 6 feet tall and new shoots grow up from the base. I cannot remember the name. Can anyone help?

Looks like a spirea, possibly vanhoutte or bumalda

Thank you Emm for the lead. Looking up Spirea it is almost certainly Spirea Arguta.
