In England this is a greenhouse perennial and is usually propagated by cuttings taken between april and august, you may get away with taking them now, as we,re not quite at the end of august. {if it,s the one usually grown in uk, it,s a F1 hybrid and wouldn,t come true from seed anyway} derekm
