I have a Virginia Creeper, which I love, at the front of my house mainly over the dividing fences. I would love to do the same with my back wall can I take cuttings and if so how do I do it.

Thank you

Semi ripe cuttings taken summer/early autumn, grown one to a pot in sandy soil in a propagator with temp not lower than 16 deg C. Otherwise, hardwood cuttings in autumn about 12 inches long, half the length inserted into the ground. But the easiest is probably layering - peg down any shoots near the soil into the soil or into a pot and sever from the parent plant a year later and grow on.
