Cornus Mas Jam....Has anyone tried making jam from the fruit of Cornelian Cherry? My tree is now about four years old, and is covered in fruit, most of it not yet ripe, so I was thinking of having a go in a few weeks time...any recipes or advice? Thanks

Yes you can make jam with, rather low in pectin so best to add a cooking apple too. Google for different recipes.
