Gladiola bulbs will come back year after year in areas where the ground does not freeze, but they can’t handle the heavy winters, so if you want to keep them for the next year, dig them’ up after frost has blackened their leaves and store them in a paper bag over the winter.
Before storage, remove all stems and rooting
Replant after the last frost, if planted about may will flower August/September.
