I have a rudbeckia which grows over 6 feet tall. Flowers are like goldstrum with very wiry stems. What is the variety please?

I didn't realise they could get that tall.

I have a Rudbeckia nitida (Shiny Coneflower) which this year has reached over 10 ft.
Rudbeckia laciniata "Goldkugel" reaches 5-6ft, Rudbeckia laciniata "Herbstsonne" can reach 6ft and Rudbeckia maxima can reach 4-5ft.

I've had them all over the years and i've never known G or H to go over 4'.
You must provide them with the ultimate conditions Denise :-)

I am not alone as there are quite a few members who like me have posted photos of tall ones louise1.

Thank you all for your comments. judging from one of the photos of Drc726 I think it is rudbeckia nitida (but not absolutely sure). I will try and take a photo of my own and post it, before autumn finishes it off for this year!
Thanks again
