I'm moving stuff already and I'm in the South, Moongrower - but to be honest, I've stopped temporarily - its going to be very hot for the next few days, so I shall wait for temperatures to fall again first. If you do move things now, make sure the ground is damp before you dig them up, and water them in well in their new positions. Because the daylight hours are now shorter than the hours of darkness, it will be less of a problem moving things now than a month ago, despite the warmth.

I'd wait for another month as you are in the south of England.
