what do i do with lupins at the end of the season

Answers

You can cut back the flowered spikes ( unless you want to collect seed) as well as the withered leaves. The rest will die back naturally and come up again next year. Lupins are perennial. Give them some mulch for winter and they'll be fine.

Protect the young shoots in the spring - they're slug and snail magnets!
