My cauliflowers have lots of leaf,but little in the way of florets.Any reason for this?Thankyou.

Nope it hasn't Pajo, good for root crops and non-flowring brassicas but not much else.

Cauliflowers are greedy feeders and need a lot of compost and organic matter to produce a curd (flower). Even then it is highly unlikely to be the size of the ones you see in the shop. We've almost given up on them as we're lucky to get something the size of a golf ball!
