A couple of weeks ago I planted some Allium Rainbow,I thought for flowering next june but they but seem to be sending up shoots now. Is this right if not.What can I do?

Put some compost around the emerging shoots. When the frost starts that will stop them growing any further.

Just mount the earth around the emerging stalk till it covers it. If you have bark mulch then put that round it.
