I have some seeds for Paulownia trees and am trying to start them without much luck as I am growing a wood and they would make a nice addition, I have tried soaking for 24 hours in warm water then planting, and just planting in a good seed compost, any suggestions please?. geoff@senior-dickson.co.uk

Have you covered the seed? From Plants for a Future - Seed - best sown as soon as it is ripe in a cold frame. Sow stored seed in late winter in a greenhouse at 15 - 20°c. The seed requires light for germination.
