Am not convinced that bubblewrap does anything. Thin hessian or jute wrapped around the actual plants during severe frosts does work, they allow air to circulate but keeps out dew and frost. Bubblewrap IMHO causes humidity to build up inside the pots, causing frost to build up inside pots and when it touches the plants, it rots them pretty quickly. Always remove any wraps as much as possible during the day.
Coreopsis are border perennials - you just cut them back. Make sure the pots have feet or stones under them and that will help with drainage - which reminds me to do tonight!

You might lose the Coreopsis in a hard winter - I wouldn't cut them at all, leave all the top growth to wither on its own, and put a thick mulch over the top to give a bit of extra protection. This assumes they're in the ground.

The cape daisies are annuals, so they are finished now. Better to start with new ones next year. The geraniums, assuming these are not the hardy variety, can be taken inside where they should survive, or you could take cuttings to keep them going. I don't know about the coreopsis, however. Someone else will know, though.
