Should I be dead heading this Hebe Margret? Is this last years flowers or have I missed them - it looks like there may be news ones coming...will it bush out a bit more if I do that?
Cheers, Alison

I have been cuttting back several of mine this week. It seems a shame to lose flowers but there is the whole Summer to grow new ones on what will be a more shapely bush

If you don't trim Hebe's after flowering, they will eventually get leggy, with all the growth on the top, not a nice look.

it will improve its overal appearance. the leaves look nice and glossy.
