Does anyone by any chance know how I take a cutting from a parrot plant that has got a couple of shoots. The main plant is just like a long stalk now with a few leaves and 'parrots' at the top end.
Not sure if there is anything that we can do with it, but we love the plant.

Parrot plants root really easily. I'd just break the top off, about 4-5 inches long and root it in water, then pot it up. You could try trimming the parent plant down to a manageable size and see if it will produce more side shoots too.
