why are some of the leaves on my camellias turning yellow?

The leaves are loosing their dark green and changing to yellow, all the plants are in the ground so I am guessing it could be the wrong soil type..They do seem to have lots of buds and flowers, we have feed the plant.

Could be they have caught a cold!
You will need a meter reading to check if your soil is acidic enough. What's yours?

yes think it needs a acid soil, also needs to be fed with ericaceous feed from now untill mid summer .

Water them with sequestrene - found at your local Garden Centre. This will stop the yellowing of the leaves.

most yellowing of camelia leaves is due to nutrient deficiency, so make sure you are using enough, and the right sort of feed for them, ericaceous feed..
