Can jasminium polyanthum be replanted in the garden?

I live in west yorkshire and wonder if the plant will thrive.

Spritzhenry answered this one last year this is frost tender and should be in a conservatory over winter, be careful if its in the garden now, if we get another frost it may not survive! Hope this helps.
