I planted my pansies out about a month ago & they are now suffering from mildew (like a powdery mildew) can anyone tell me whether they will recover from this or have i got to get rid of them all

I think its this mild damp weather, theres a lot of toadstools and mushrooms around

If the mildew is presenting as white powdery deposits, either spray with a suitable fungicide, or try 1 part milk to 9 parts water mixed in a sprayer - preferably full fat milk, but not skimmed.
