Where can I buy established white feather grass?

Hi, another question from the newbie, I would like to grow some white feather grass in my front garden, It's heavy soil and not the best of drainage- I understand this is a good thing for this plant. But i'm also impatient- can I buy these anywhere already started? Can I take cuttings from a neighbour(with permission of course)? many thanks in anticipation

Not too sure which grass you mean, Razali. Pampas? Pennisetum? Please could you tell us more details and the latin name if you know it, then I can look it up for you.
