Shade v shelter

I have asked before for suitable windbreaks for my veg. plot - and received some good ideas. However, I have discovered that the problem is that its position (on the boundary) will shade 2-3 beds. Is there such a thing as a netting that allows the light through sufficiently for vegs yet withstand strong winds?

There is but i dont know what it is called. It reminds me of 'lattice pastry'. sorry not much help.

try using an ultra fine insect proof netting , which can be obtained on line with ' harrodshorticulture' , or from a good garden centre, hope this helps...................steve
