Maybe Variegated Ivy Geranium (Pelargonium peltatum 'L'Elegante')? Definitely NOT a Regal, but it does trail, and it has pale pink flowers. I would expect it to take regular Ivy Geranium care, with extra attention to bright light, and care not to overwater--two common problems with all variegated plants. Don't expect too many flowers from it either, since variegated plants don't usually bloom as much as their normal brethren.

Possibly Pelargonium 'Hederinum Variegatum' , a new variety of ivy leafed geranium. We don't grow it.

Found a picture of it, but on a Russian site, so no help with the care there! : ) Pretty variety, though, with a definite white edge, and bright cerise pink blooms.
As for Ivy Geranium care, i.m.e. they need a little more direct sunlight than Zonals to produce flower buds, thorough soakings, but allowed to dry out between (dryer than Zonals) and regular feeding, especially in containers. They are also slightly more frost tender than Zonals.

yes this is the right spelling and i found out they can be obtained from FIBREX NURSERIES sorry they are not regal but ivy leafed and could easily be mistaken for ivy as have a similar trailing habit and look just the same

Previous question
Are you sure that's the right spelling? I googled it, as it's not one I know, and it's not recognised I'm afraid.
