How to get Cymbidium orchid to flower

can anyone tell me how to get this plant to flower again? Ive heard that it needs cool conditions. Should I try it outside, bringing it in if its very cold?

Well, mine have been disappointing this year - only two have one flower stem each instead of two per plant.
However, what I do is put them outside in the shade for the 'summer' and then bring them in when the weather turns a bit cooler - in September normally. Then I start feeding them again. This USUALLY works... but the summer was so dire that I am quite sure it affected their flowers.
Don't put them out yet, it's not warm enough!
