SALMON COLOURED SURFINIAS, should I buy plugs(any recommendations) or can I get the same result from seeds?

Actually, Ian, Surfinias don't produce seed--they're grown from cuttings. A reasonable facsimile from seed would be 'Wave' Petunias, but they aren't quite the same.
