honeysuckle hasn't flowered since it was pruned

I have a dutch honeysuckle plant which used to flower copiously until I mistakenly pruned it hard at the wrong time (i.e late winter). It now appears perfectly healthy but hasn't flowered for 2 years...is there any hope for it???

Yes, I'm sure it will recover. Be patient and feed it to get it going again - high potash food I believe is needed for flowers.
