Leaf curl on potatoes

I am growing in a polytunnel for the first time this year. I have a large crop of potatoes in a raised bed full of horse manure and compost. Growing like mad but a small portion have developed severely curling leaves. No sign of pests. Is it the heat?

Could be that the manure is too fresh and strong for them, are you ridging them up all the time?
