my daffodils flowers have died ,we want to move them to a different bed when is the best time to do this ?
Do we have to feed them before we move them.

I agree with Moongrower, leave lifting them until July, then plant straight away and feed in September.

I agree too.
By leaving the leaves, this helps to feed the bulbs ready for next year.

Previous question
If you can possibly wait for a couple of months until the leaves have died back it will be much kinder to the bulbs and allow them to store up energy for next years flowers. If you can do that I personally would not bother with feeding but I'm sure others will tell you to feed lol
