New Zealand Cabbage Palm, my palm died on me after the frost late last year, I did cut it off at the base and now have some 10+ new shoots from the root of the old tree.
Question, what is the best way to transfer some into other areas of the garden ??

You can't unless you can get some good root with each plantlet, and that's usually next to impossible because they grow off the base of the old trunk rather than directly off the roots beneath.
