Nicotiana or tobacco plant seedlings in one clump

Hi! Sorry to be a pain again, but I'm worried over these. The darned seeds were smaller than a speck of dust and I stupidly used the whole lot in one big clump!

Do I thin these out now? Or do I wait til they have 4 leaves or do I wait til they are 2 inches tall? I will probably also use the other half of the propagator coz I can't stand to put them in a big pot which will use loads of compost that I don't have. Don't fancy buying a bag just for a few of these plants!

Hmmmm, I always prick out when the seedlings have two good leaves, but these do look a tad small, don't they? I'd be tempted to wait for a little more growth on at least half of them before potting on, and thin the rest out.
