Fritillaria - should I remove dead flower heads?
I planted a fritillaria last year, it died back over winter but Im so pleased it has come back and flowered beautifilly this year. I want to keep it going as long as possible - should I remove the flower heads that look unsightly now? Or leave them on the plant?

I leave the flower heads on. With luck they will self-seed and increase the size of the clump.
