Which is the hardiest passion flower. I wanted careula Constance Elliott but understand that although it will withstand frost a hard winter would probably finish it off!
I would be grateful for advice. Dorset can be very cold.

Hi, I am in Bristol and have the constance elliot, I planted it last year. I purchased it from Morrisions for £1.79. It is still fairly young but it is now beginning to grow quite nicely. We did not have any severe frosts here though but I guess for £1.79 if I do lose it I have not lost a fortune.

The basic Passiflora caerulea is the hardiest form - Constance Elliott is a variety of that, but you're right, not quite as hardy.
