my black hamberg is growing fast 3rd year ihave 2 branches coming off main trunk in a T with plenty of small bunches of small grapes should i cut the small branches off below whitch also has small fruit on them forming to make a stronger trunk.

Yes I'd cut them off and allow the vine to focus on growing from just the two main branches - otherwise you risk a lot of small bunches of grapes rather than a few good size ones.
