Hi All
Anyone tried growing Begonia Rex outside? Was planning to put these together with some Hostas but didn't realise until the plants arrived that they need a minimum temp of 10°C.
I live on the South Coast and was thinking perhaps from June onwards may be temperate enough. Until then they live on the North Facing kitchen windowsill.

I've never grown them outside, only ever as a houseplant. Up to you whether you risk it or not - can't guarantee 10 deg C at night even in summer in the UK, after all.
