UFO (unidentified flora object)

hello again. can anyone identify this plant? it grows at an alarming rate, has dark green heart shaped foliage and sprigs of black/ purple berries? thanks guys. happy gardening! :-)

thanks guys. i've added pictures of the entire ivy 'mountain' i was querying to 'ivy' in my garden. i don't think i've ever seen such an established tree like ivy before. it's enormous!

i have ivy in my garden used to cover a fence were nothing else seemed to grow. i do have to be ruthless with the cutters though and quite regularly
